I do not believe that the Bluetooth or Mesh have anything to do with cell service. I am guessing that dine the WAVE is based on cell phone technology, that it would be effected by cell service. It is brand new and we have not tried it. My experience with the mesh on two rides has been excellent. We had 4 riders connected on Sundays ride and it worked awesome. I believe that when we set up a big ride, the LRC needs to place a rider every 100 yards to utilize the leap frog ability to reach the length of the ride. It will be interesting to see how it works on a big ride. 🤞
