Ride to the Maine Wildlife Park on Saturday, June 7.
Tonight while checking plans for Saturday’s ride to the Maine Wildlife Park, I noticed the posting in the Events section had disappeared. That posting has been put back in place. Please review the ride details.
With the current forecast being a 50% possibility of rain showers on Saturday at a primarily outdoor venue, your RC team will be monitoring the weather during the next few days. If Saturday, June 7 continues to look undesirable and Sunday, June 8 is better weather, this ride will be rescheduled to Sunday rather than being cancelled.
I anticipate that a decision to reschedule could be made as early as Thursday. Any such change of date will be posted by me on Spaces, same as this message, and an Alert of the date change will also be made to the posting in the Events section.
If you have any interest in this ride whether that interest is for Saturday or Sunday, please RSVP and be alert for any schedule update that might be published later this week.
IF THERE IS NO ALERT POSTED OF A SCHEDULE CHANGE, THE RIDE WILL BE AS ORIGINALLY PLANNED ON SATURDAY, JUNE 7.
THE RIDE WILL BE CANCELLED ONLY IF IT DEVELOPS THAT BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WEATHER ARE FORECAST TO BE UNDESIRABLE.
