Departure Time: Registration at 9:30 am , Pre-Ride Meeting at 9:45 am and KSU at 10:00 am

Departure Location: LHD

Approximate Ride Length: 135 miles round trip

Picnic Lunch and Ice Cream: Franconia Market and Deli ( Ice cream vendor in parking lot with tables )

Return Time and Location: return to LHD approx 5:00 pm

Description of route and road type: All two lane roads being state and local highway.

Ride Notes:  Join us for a scenic ride from the Laconia Harley Dealership to Franconia, NH where we will stop at the Cannon Mountain Ski Area for the Chapters Photo Challenge.

We will be traveling North on Rt 3 from the dealership to Rt 175 in Holderness. North on Rt 175 and cross the Blair Bridge back onto Rt 3 to Lincoln.

We will take a short rest break at the 7 Eleven Gas Station. We will leave by turning right onto Main St then left onto Connector Rd at the traffic light.

We will then turn right on Rt 3 and travel north through Franconia Notch and get off at Exit 34C stopping briefly at the Chapter Challenge Ski Area Photo off Rt 18

We will then continue North on Rt 18 to the Franconia Market and Deli for a picnic lunch. You will be able to use their restrooms and purchase something for lunch.

For those of you who would like Ice Cream there is a vendor in the parking lot and they have tables to sit at outside. There is also a self service gas station across the street.

We will be stopping briefly to view from across the river The Only Blast Furnace Still Standing in New Hampshire. It's posted as it's on private land.

We will then travel to Rt 117 and stop at Harman's Cheese and Country Store. Parking is in the rear partly old pavement and packed gravel.

We then travel Rt 117 to Rt 302 in Lisbon and continue south to Rt 25 East ( Mt Moosilauke Highway )

We will be stopping at the Applemockers Gas Station in Warren for a rest break and fuel.

We will continue on Rt 25 East and turn right onto Highland St ( across from McDonalds) in Plymouth to Rt 175.

We will the turn left off Rt 175 in Holderness to Rt 3 and end the trip and LHD
